From 18th July 2017 - Due to a shortage of GPs and Nurses we will be temporarily closing the Long Lee Surgery on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We are currently in the process of recruiting both GPs and Nurses; unfortunately there is a country wide shortage, which is out of our control, we hope to return to normal in September.

To ensure safe care for patients and staff we are offering clinic appointments from Ingrow Surgery on Tuesdays & Fridays which includes GP triage.

We will still offer appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for Nurse and GP clinics at our Long Lee site

Repeat Prescription Ordering - Patient Online Services -

From 31st July 2017 we will no longer accept telephone requests for Repeat Prescriptions

You can use our online services to book appointments and order prescriptions and view some information from your medical records

To use this system you will need to fill in a registration form.  You can do this by visiting the practice and collecting the form from reception

Extended Access to Primary Care

From 1 August 2017, this practice is one of 6 (Farfield Group Practice, Ling House Surgery, North Street Street, Holycroft Surgery, Haworth Group Practice, Kilmeny Surgery), in the Worth Valley taking part in the GP Extended Access Service based at Farfield Group Practice

From 01st of July 2018, you can also get Saturday morning access at Fisher Medical Centre in Skipton. Just ask our receptionists for further information.

This service will mean that you can be offered an opportunity to attend an appointment Monday to Friday after 6.30 pm to see a GP or an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.  These appointments are opened on the day itself at 08.30 hours and available to request through your own surgery. The appointment may be with a GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner and are not to be used for on going issues.

The Saturday appointments can be booked throughout the week.

As GPs and Nurse Practitioners from all of the six practices involved in this scheme will be working in the Extended Access service at Farfield and Skipton, your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.

Consent to Share

To use the service we will ask for your consent to share your medical record with the Extended Access Service. Without this consent we will not be able to see you in the Extended Access Service as the clinician would not have access to your medical records .  When you are offered an appointment, our receptionists will talk to you about what this means and why it is necessary.

Please click here for information on Consent to Share medical records.
