Noticeboard

We are now in the delayed phase of our response to COVID-19. This entails significant changes to how we identify and manage potential cases of COVID-19. Advice for NHS organisations is now as follows:
1. The public are being advised to stay at home self-isolate for 7 days if develop symptoms OR 14 days if any household develops symptoms without any testing for COVID-19, regardless of travel history or contact with confirmed cases, if they have:
a. A new continuous cough
OR
b. High temperature (of 37.8 degrees centigrade or higher)


MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE. STAY AT HOME AND SAVE LIVES.

We will try our best at all times, however you may occasionally feel we have failed in some way.  If you feel unhappy about the service we offer and have any comments or a complaint about any aspect of our services please contact the Patient Services Manager, Mrs A Curtis, in the first instance or any of our management team available at that time.
